Please help! Pre-PA student looking to interview a PA for a school project!

Recommended Posts

I need to interview someone who is currently working as a physician assistant. This is for a school project and I only need to ask 10 questions! Please help me out! This can be done by email or even through this forum...I will post the questions below. My professor also asks that I include the interviewee's full name, phone number, email address, and permission for her to contact you. Thanks in advance!

1. What do you like most about your job?

2. What do you like the least?

3. What is the hardest part of becoming a physician assistant?

4. What major did you receive your bachelor degree in, or what four-year major would you suggest to students wishing to enter a PA program?

5. How easy or difficult is it to get scholarships and/or grants for PA school?

6. What kind of shift do you typically work?

7. What kind of benefits (insurance, bonuses, 401k, etc) do you receive in your position at your workplace?

8. Do you sometimes wish that you would have went to medical school to become an M.D. instead?

9. If there is one thing you could change about your job, what would it be?

10. What kind of advice would you give to a future PA student?
