Dermatology PA Posted May 7 Share Posted May 7 Hi I am Renegotiating a contract currently and in the contract it states "at termination of the employees employment for any reason employees collection bonuses calculated based on net collections received as of employees last day of employment." This means I will not get paid for my services done if payments come after my date of termination. Is this standard?
