Meagan25 Posted April 20 Share Posted April 20 In March 2024 the PAB issued me a citation for not submitting the controlled substance certification of completion. I took the one time course back in October 2023 but forgot to send in the certification of completion. I do not want to have the citation on my record for five years so would like to appeal. Is the course a requirement by the PAB or is it a requirement by the DEA? side note, under my practice agreement with my supervising physician I send in 100% of my controlled substance prescriptions to him to be approved and signed off on.
