Malpractice history - public letter of concern

I’ve been practicing for 6 years and had a malpractice incident that ended up in a settlement and a public letter of concern for my state med board. I have lost a lot of sleep and weight over it but I’ve learned from it and moved on with my life.
The current practice I am at is sinking and I have a great new job opportunity that requires multiple state licensure. 
 

Do you all think I will have trouble or be denied a state medical license because my malpractice history?

There's probably no way to know for certain without applying to each state where you'll need licensure.  You might be able to get a preliminary indication by consulting a law practice that has represented people before those states' medical boards.
