I have used this since August 26th and have received my passing PANCE results on September 5th. Previously, I have used Cram the pance on youtube, ROSH, PPP, and smartyPANCE. TRUST ME when I say that UWorld is the best preparation out of all of these for PANCE. I used it for less than a week in preparation for my exam but it is the EXACT same layout as the exam (made it easy to navigate flagged/skipped questions on my actual pance because I was used to it with UWorld already). Message me with offers or for any extra details- I paid $251.79 for the 90 day subscription after tax, but I can be reasonable with the price!
