Bedroom with closet ( will need to get own bed). Combined open space kitchen/living room and separate study room, bathroom. Partially furnished,( Couch provided, lamp, dishes, flatware, basic cookware, counter chair) Lots of storage. Will share basement and washer/ dryer with upper unit.Shared back yard and deck Will need to shovel snow from back door to driveway( will provide shovel) . Truck snow removal for driveway and lawn service. I’m a previous LeMoyne Grad myself. Dina Currently upper unit rented by all LeMoyne PA students. Walk across street onto campus.
