ChrisPAinED Posted April 28, 2022 Share Posted April 28, 2022 85 y/o female cc of Chest pain History of CAD, HTN, and diabetic Taking lisinopril and metformin Had a CABG 4 years prior BP 160/90 O2 97% Troponin 4.07 nl 0.00-0.04 CBC and BMP normal D dimer Normal BGL 150 Now students first interp this ECG after about a week if no students have the interp ether a other PA or I will interp it.
