Hello everyone,

 

Can someone point me in the right direction of where to find a lawyer in California to open my medical spa. I need a doctor to be the director and only want to pay him a percentage. Basically, I need someone to help me with all the crazy CA legal laws when opening a clinic. If you know of a great lawyer or legal team in CA please let me know ASAP.
