JAPA07 Posted October 11, 2019 Share Posted October 11, 2019 Hi All, I have currently been a minority business partner with a Supervising MD/Business Partner in our Joint Entity for the last 2.5 years. I want the MD to buy me out of the business. Does anyone have any experience/advice with selling their business to their MD partners?
