umami13 Posted August 30, 2019 Share Posted August 30, 2019 I am in the midst of a contract review process and I know my NP colleagues have higher salaries than I do. I was told by HR that this is because of a higher billing rate and he also specifically mentioned DNPs having a higher billing rate. As far as I know, this isn't true and NPs/PAs bill at the same rate. Could someone with more knowledge on the topic let me know if this is true, and if it is, what the difference is?
