Caroline1 Posted May 14, 2019 Share Posted May 14, 2019 Can someone help shed some light on whether it is customary for a physician to offer tail coverage in malpractice insurance. It is the only aspect of the contract that is really bothering me. It is a part time position in family practice/urgent care with NO BENEFITS except for malpractice insurance which is claims made and they have stated they would not provide tail coverage. THANKS!!
