Jengirl81 Posted April 28, 2012 Share Posted April 28, 2012 I have been a family practice/ urgent care physician assistant in the same office for four years (since graduation.) I received the NHSC Loan Repayment scholarship which payed off my PA loans, and my obligation will be completed in June. I am now looking for a position in Dermatology. I am excited to venture into this speciality and am hoping that my previous experience with dermatological conditions in family practice will be looked upon favorably. I am looking for jobs in Lakeland, Winter Haven, and Orlando. Has anyone out there been hired to work in Derm who had previous experience in FP? How was the learning curve? Thanks!
