NYNSPA114 Posted May 31, 2018 Share Posted May 31, 2018 Been working in surgical subspecialty for 16+ years, recently got picked up to serve large organization in administrative role. 2 years in and now mixed feelings about new role & satisfaction w administration, balancing politics and missing the OR. Clinical is what landed me here and is more fulfilling to me but admin seems to be future path for senior PA's...anyone else experiencing same issues?
