WorldPA Posted July 22, 2016 I'm have over 3 years hospitalist experience, but am looking to venture into a subspecialty with more procedural skills, in order to broaden my skills and knowledge. I love the group that I'm currently working with and was considering approaching them with a prn contract position where I would help cover them, particularly on their on-call/admission days, where it can be a bit hectic. I'm curious if any of you have any experience in this type of position and what type of salary and/or benefits (if any) you command. Appreciate any input!
