Aairman23 Posted July 22, 2016 I've been asked to research the most important knowledge and practice gaps among PAs related to COPD. I'm wondering if I could get just a few suggestions from this community of real-world practicing PAs. I'm not looking for a long write up, just a short list of topics about COPD that would not be considered by you all as unnecessary or else patronizing. We want to create a CME activity that will interest you all, but the ultimate goal is to create better outcomes for COPD patients. We know from this recent study (also attached as pdf) that you all make a big difference among this patient population. Any feedback at all would be much appreciated. Thanks! -Aaron PLOS ONE_ Process and Outcome Measures among COPD Patients with a Hospitalization Cared for by an Advance Practice Provider or Primary Care Physician.pdf
