NYCPAC Posted June 21, 2016 Share Posted June 21, 2016 Anyone have any idea the average Nicu pa salary? Is it dependent on what level you're working in? Awaiting an offer from a level 4 where I could transition to cover a local level 3. I have a few years of level 3 experience but unsure if covering a level 4 should mean I earn a bit more given the acuity and extra 20 beds! Any input appreciated!
