srosenberg32989 Posted December 31, 2011 Share Posted December 31, 2011 Hello, I am a pre-PA student getting ready to apply for the Touro College PA program in Bayshore NY. After searching through some of threads on this forum and other websites I notice many people are saying the graduates from Touro College have a tough time getting a job due to their bad reputation and cheating scandal in the past. Therefore, I am a little nervous and was hoping to hear from some current PA's if: This is true and certain employers won't hire PA's because they graduated from Touro? Are there any current PA's from Touro College and did you have a tough time getting a job and did employers really look down upon your degree ? chiefPA Posted January 2, 2012 Share Posted January 2, 2012 As someone who previously worked in NYC and did the hiring for my Department, I frequently hire Touro grads and found them prepared and ready to go.....a lot of things you read can cloud your view.
