I work here, and my interview was a little awkward and i left not knowing whether or not i had the job- but i guess this depends on what dept youre interviewing in. Are you interviewing at cornell or columbia or downtown? I am at cornell, and i first met with someone corporate who went over basic interview questions with me and then sent me to meet with Chief PA of my dept. That was a little more awkward because I was a new grad and didnt have much interview experience so my answers to the questions werent the best- but be prepared to answer questions about your experiences as PA/PA student with patients.
