I am having a difficult time finding out from recruiters and CTO what bonus pay I would be eligible for and how much they would be. Currently getting $20,000 Retention and $11,000 for BCP and IP both annaully. Any info on Reserve Bonuses would be appreciated. If there are any questions for the AD side please feel free to ask.
