hennema1 Posted November 10, 2011 Share Posted November 10, 2011 Hello, I have a quick question. Currently working in oncology at small community hospital's Cancer center. I am curious about any other midlevels experience in supervising infusion centers. My understanding is that a midlevel may supervise infusions (chemo/abx/ blood) if billing at 85%. A physician must be present within same suite while billing for "incident to". I was hoping to question any other PA's experience in billing for infusion centers. Thanks!
