Tkramer
Does anyone know what will happen to the panre? I worry that it will be arbitrary and be a way for people who don't have inside knowledge to lose their license and certification. I know np's don't have to recertify and physicians dont have problems re certifying. I studied for the pance and did well on my practice questions (80%+) and had difficulty passing. Also, which states don't require certification? I read a forum post about some states who don't require it but I am not sure of where to find this information. Tkramer
Also, I know of certain pa's who have practiced for a long time not needing to recertify. They told me that they fell into that time period where the only thing they had to do was to keep up with cme's and were grandfathered into this system for the rest of their life. Did they start a petition? Does anyone else know about this?
Tkramer
Just a side note. I have no issues with taking the panre, but I am not sure of what we are supposed to know. Similar to the material in the pance? Is it more in depth? If so, are there courses or books geared specifically for the panre?
