jesij1212
I'm finishing my 1st year at Wichita State University in Kansas. We're given the opportunity to set up our last clinical rotation in any specialty anywhere we choose. I've visited St. Croix on multiple occasions and am very interested in relocating there. I am ready and willing to start cold-calling offices on the island, but I figured I'd put this question out here first just in case anyone has any insight (especially Barry St. Croix grads!!!) Does anyone have any advice or suggestions as how I should go about doing this? I know there are students already on the island doing rotations, but there seem to be plenty of PA, NP and MDs available to accommodate an extra student. ANY insight would be helpful! Nonlegit
Curious if this ever worked out for you. I wonder if the EM job I saw one time that EMED posted was on St. Croix...
jesij1212
I didn't persue it. Apparently it would have been a paperwork nightmare on my school's end, so I decided to keep my capstone in state. It's something I really would have loved, though
