Its a large room in a 2 bedroom which is currently only occupied by myself. There is a double bed and a twin bed incase you have visitors while you are in the city. I have the rent listed as 1250$ but if a PA student is interested I'll reduce the rate to $1100. Room is in the Cornell student housing building which has a 24h doorman and gym/laundry in building. Located directly next to NYP-Cornell, MSKCC, and HSS. Easy access to New York Hospital Queens, NYP-Columbia, NYU, Beth Israel, and Sinai.
