Really sad that the job does not allow me to partake in procedural work. Just clinic and inpatient consults. But, I am a new grad and afraid to be picky. I feel this is a good job that has a high quality of life...so I figured I would take it to get experience and get my foot in the door. M-F 8-5 = 45hr/week Salary = $82,000 ( $37.96/hr ) No nights, weekends or call All holidays off $2500 CME with 5 days for CME outside of 3 weeks PTO health benefits after 1 year 401K pay malpractice reimbursement for licensce and DEA Want to know if I should negotiate salary because I feel like this is low.
