But I recently stumbled upon QuantiaMD, which is an online community for clinicians (1/3 of US physicians are members, also includes NPs and PAs) which not only pays a few dollars here and there for doing contests or participating in discussions (get points convertible to amazon gift certificates) but also has many excellent educational presentations.
