Quality of life by speicalty

I was wondering how the different fields rank in terms of quality of life. How would you guys describe the field you work in (or have worked in). Subjects to be considered:

1.difficulty of finding work

2.work hours call/no call.

3. Salary.

4.Patient population

And anything else I didn't put that you feel is pertinent.
