Neurosurg PA-C Posted January 3, 2014 Share Posted January 3, 2014 I am a Neurosurgical PA and I just started a new job in Texas. My new gig pays me a salary as well as I get 10% of my collections after Im revenue neutral. I will be doing approximately 35o cases per year (PLIF,ALIF,XLIF, ACDF, Corpectomies, Lami, Micro, mostly spine, very little crani work). I am in the Fort Worth area and most of the patients have private insurance, then some Medicare, Medicare w/supplemental.
