A friend of mine (who is not a PA) suggested that I try locum tenen but I don't know how this works. For example, who takes care of medical malpractice insurance? Would I need to get my own or will that be covered with the placement agency? If I do need to get my own, do you have any suggestions on who to contact? If anyone has done this, please tell me about your experience and whether you would recommend it to a new grad? Is there anything I should be aware of?
