If they give you any crap, I can get you into contact with an AMEDD recruiter but he works out of Seattle. Shoot me a PM and I'll share the info. They are indeed cutting vacancies but I wouldn't let that dissuade you. I wouldn't wait until you graduate. I'd line it up sometime in 2014 that way you have all of the paperwork lined up and can just drop your packet.
