As it is very difficult to get a medical license (and also I have to repeat part of my residence), I have thought about working as a PA. Is it possible? Do I need to pass any exam? marilynpac Posted January 8, 2011 Share Posted January 8, 2011 It is not possible for you to practice as a PA while you are here. You need to graduate from a PA school in order to sit for the PANCE, and you need to pass the PANCE before you can practice as a PA-C in every state in the US.
