gleannfia Posted August 17, 2013 Share Posted August 17, 2013 Does anyone have any experience in this area? I have an interview next week at the Cleveland VA for a position in that department. They referred me to a website for Performance-Based interview, where there are sample interview questions. They are mostly the kind of open-ended subjective questions that I am not especially strong in. Many seem more geared to someone who is going to be a nurse administrator. I would appreciate any input. I really want this job as the VA in Cleveland is the only really good job here, and there are seldom openings. I wouldn't be in Ohio at all if it wasn't for family.
