Spokane Emergency Care Physicians (SECP) is a physician-led, democratic group providing the highest quality in emergency care in the Pacific Northwest. We are looking for experienced predominantly NOCTURNAL Advanced Care Providers (PA/NP) to join our group of 30+ physicians and 20+ Advanced Practice Providers.

SECP was founded in 2019, our emergency providers are committed to excellence in patient care as well as patient experience. The group benefits from partnership with Tacoma Emergency Care Physicians and Washington Emergency Care Physicians, bringing close to 5 decades of emergency medicine experience in a private democratic physician practice.
