Required skills & experience: 1) Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college required, with a master’s degree preferred 2) Licensure as a Social Worker, Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, etc 3) 5+ years previous experience working in a value-based provider group, kidney care organization, and/or health plan 4) 5+ years previous experience budgeting and managing operations to those budgets 5) 5+ years previous experience coaching, leading and hiring a top performing team.
