  • Boston Radiation Oncology - GU + International Travel

    • Specialty: Academic Schedule: Full-Time State: MA

    Hi PA Forum,

The ever expanding Radiation Oncology PA program at BWH is looking for an experienced PA for a pretty interesting position that involves ~60% GU clinical work and ~40% network development (including occasional travel to China, Bermuda, Connecticut, etc).

The TL:DR version (more details below):

    a)            For PAs with 2+ years experience, preferably in GU or Oncology but willing to train

    b)            Run a independent follow up clinic for GU Radiation Oncology which will include both in person and virtual clinics (typical responsibilities of imaging, diagnosis and symptom management and developing tx plans are listed in more detail on official job posting below).

    c)            Network Responsibilities: Occasional travel to China, Bermuda, Connecticut, etc for on site visits of our network clinics. Site assessments to ensure that network facility is compliant with BWH RadOnc policies and clinical trial processes. More details below.

    d)            Expected breakdown of time is ~ 60:40 clinic:network with the network time being protected without clinical responsibilities during that time.

    e)            Perfect for a PA hoping to work clinically and develop administrative skills who has the ability/desire for intermittent travel.
