donwinder Posted June 24, 2013 Share Posted June 24, 2013 I am about 6 months into this year's contract. Contract stipulates 5 days CME and I have 7 days PTO left. I am resigning this week. DizzyJ Posted June 24, 2013 Share Posted June 24, 2013 Should probably ask your HR dept. Your PTO is your's and should be paid out regardless. Some places will let you use your PTO as part of your notice. My guess is that they could refuse to give you the CME days unless you are actually using them for CME.
