TTURedRaider Posted June 8, 2013 Share Posted June 8, 2013 Just wanted to get experienced PAs' thoughts on an Urgent Care offer in the DFW metroplex. I would be working full time (35-40 hrs guaranteed) and always with a SP on site. Here are the details: *$50/hr on weekdays and $75/hr on weekends. I would be expected to work every other weekend. Time and a half for anything worked over 40 hrs. *Quarterly bonuses that average from $2-4k depending on # of patients seen. *15k retention bonus paid out every 6 months in 5k increments. If I leave before 36 months I pay back what I've received. *130 hours PTO (5 hours of PTO accumulated every 2 weeks starting day 1) *$1250 for CME and 5 days off for CME *401k with 50% match up to 3% of salary *Health, vision, dental, malpractice covered Overall seems like a great offer to me, but am I missing anything?
