mr.mattnoll
Hello, I am an incoming freshman who has been accepted into a 5 year BS/MS PA program in Upstate New York. Since I am in the first year and my course schedule is comprised of mostly general bio, chem, math, and A&P, I am guessing I would use the "PrePA-S" as opposed to the "PA-S" title. I just want to be sure I'm not misrepresenting myself by using these titles and am looking for some advice. Thanks!
sto27
Technically you're still an undergrad, so you should definitely refer to yourself as a Pre-PA student. Think about a student enrolled in a 7-year BS/MD program: you certainly wouldn't refer to them as "med students" in their first 3 years. Referring to somebody as a PA-S implies that they are in the graduate portion of study.

oldpastudent
Be careful. PrePA-S may not be a recognized title, as opposed to PA, Pa-S, or PA-C. Don't get ahead of yourself.
JasonD
Try "freshman".
KCMA79
Try "freshman". That has a nice ring to it. :;-D: Pay less attention to titles and more to doing well in school. A title should be the last thing on your mind at this point.
