kcl225
Is it possible to apply here with a prerequisite planned or do you need to have them all completed by the time you apply?
Koppma
Depends on the school you are applying to. This is what Western University in CA say's ,"Question 2: Can I have prerequisite courses in progress at the time of application? How many? You may have one science prerequisite (except anatomy and physiology) and one non-science prerequisite in progress after December 31 of the year prior to when you plan to matriculate. These courses must be completed by the end of the spring term of the year you plan to matriculate. Anatomy and Physiology must be completed by December 31 of the year prior to when you plan to matriculate. No exceptions will be made." So do your homework. PAtobe89
yes, I didn't know that MCPHS did not count Anatomy as a "Second physiology course", but i got an interview and I got accepted. They told me that I need to complete the last prereq by the time I begin school.
Ejsmith829
Yes, mcphs allows up to 2 Pre reqs to be in progress at the time of the application. I checked with their admissions department for this cycle.
