awall Posted April 6, 2013 Share Posted April 6, 2013 I work with another mid-level and we get quarterly bonus's. Administration has asked us to come up with measurable ideas. The incentive program was adopted from the outpatient mid-levels and was based on the number of patients seen a day. They then get an average and are paid anywhere from $300 for 1-2 patients average to $800 for 5-6 patients a day. One surgeon is very busy and the other is very slow.
