I am really considering applying for the Air Force HPSP scholarship for PA school, but wanted to know more about the experience and if its something that would be recommended. Panetta has recommended a 1% increase pay for 2014 instead of the usual 1.7%. President Obama has already given an executive order that military pay is not to be touched. It's civilian contractors that need to be really worried. They are being furloughed. I've been getting my pay every 1st and 15th with no hiccups.
