LOR situation

Recommended Posts

So I have been reading Andrew Rodican's "The ultimate guide to getting into physician assistant school". In this book he suggests that you ask someone to be your reference, then write a draft for them, send the letter to them for their approval/edit, and then they submit it.

I have chosen to do this with only one of my letters of recommendation. However, writing your own LOR is a lot harder than I thought.

Has anyone done this before? Can anyone suggest the best format?
