Looks like a great conference. Unfortunately, neither my FT or per diem position provide CME $$ (just paid time off). Already got my FCCS and looking for a more economical ultrasound (to learn primarily cardiac windows/imaging but learning about FAST scans for trauma would be cool too) workshop for beginners, know offhand of any other conferences/workshops/clinics in the NY/Northeast area?

Our ED runs an ED/critical care ultrasound course twice a year; once in Newport RI, once in Puerto Rico. I don't know if the new brochure is out yet, but here is last years course:
