Fee basis for Surgical Services??

Hello I'm a soon to be new grad on the job search and I stumbled across a posting for a Fee basis for surgical services job. I have no idea what this equals in pay.

Job posted as:

" Fee basis moonlight for surgical Services"

oversee care of surgical icu, strepdown unit, and inpatient surgical unit patients. Also support occasional calls from ED.

Fee basis assignments are per shift in 12hr increments

6:00 pm-6:00AM

$75.00 / Fee Basis

Can someone explain to me what this fee basis would be? And how a PA would be paid working this job.
