I have 8 years experience and collect 500k a year just a stab in the dark- 25-30% (?). I know a local derm pa with 12 yrs experience who made 187k last yr (salary + production) working 4.5 days/week. he does lots of biopsies and first assists MOHS 2 half days/week. he basically runs the practice. the md only comes in 2 half days/week to do MOHS, he does everything else.
