It might be a good avenue for junior writers/researchers. http://www.journals.elsevier.com/healthcare-the-journal-of-delivery-science-and-innovation/ The JCR IF hasn't been calculated yet, as it is a brand new journal, but it might represent an outlet for some studies of PA models of care.
