davisonh
I am a new graduate and just accepted a position with a neurology group. I am looking to attend a conference focused on neurology basics to help strengthen my foundation. If anyone has any information or could provide insight on any they have attended or would recommend, I would be grateful. Thank you so much! jmj11
I would suggest this one (although this exact one has passed). It is a yearly event. I don't go to that one because I go to the headache meetings. There use to be a fantastic course (like 4 days) on functional brain anatomy and I think it was in Iowa but I can't find it right now. There was another conference called "Neurology for the Non-neurologist," which would be a great one if you are new, but I can't find it on my brief search.
