PASASM92
Hi Everyone, My past 60 credits are substantially better then my Undergraduate GPA credits (most recent 60 credits are undergraduate course work, just post-bacc/pre-req's). I am just wondering what schools take this into account and only use this gpa for admissions. Schools I know who do this 1.) EVMS 2.) Towson/CCBC Anyone else know which other schools calculate GPA this way? My Stats: Cum GPA ~ 3.2 Science ~3.6 Last 60 Credits ~ 4.0 Thanks all, S

frenchy
Franklin Pierce in NH will take this into account if you request it.
HM2PA
MEDEX! They also have the highest HCE requirement, 4,000 hours.
Administrator rev ronin Posted November 22, 2012 Administrator Share Posted November 22, 2012 Your recent credits are counted in your undergraduate GPA. Friends don't let friends even think in undergrad GPAs in any way other than CASPA does. :-) Pacific University does.
PASASM92
Thanks Guys! Keep them coming! I am just nervous, because individuals with stellar GPA's are getting flat out rejected. And while I feel like I am a prepared and experienced student, anything helps to up that GPA.
Administrator rev ronin Posted November 22, 2012 Administrator Share Posted November 22, 2012 GPA is the first pass approximation; GPA and GRE say "this student can [or cannot] pass the PANCE". The rest is about attitude, motivation, empathy, and the other "soft skills".
