dipsi Posted May 23 Share Posted May 23 I received 2 offers as a new grad Primary care- 100K, 20% bonus quarterly over 45k collection amount(excludes labs and X-rays), 401K kick starts from 2nd-month employer contribution is 5 %, CME: 1500+ all credentialing and certifications covered, 5-mile restriction for 2 years. contract renewal after 1 year Gastroenterology: 115,000 annual salaries, no quarterly bonus, CME for $1,500+ all credentialing and certifications covered, 2-year contract, a $5,000 retention bonus at 2 years, and 401K starting after 1 year. AbeTheBabe Posted May 25 Share Posted May 25 Everything else being equal (like good SP support, adequate onboarding, same amount of work hours, etc.) seems like the primary care job has more potential.
