dipsi Posted May 23 Share Posted May 23 I received 2 offers as a new grad Primary care- 100K, 20% bonus quarterly over 45k collection amount(excludes labs and X-rays), 401K kick starts from 2nd-month employer contribution is 5 %, CME: 1500+ all credentialing and certifications covered, 5-mile restriction for 2 years. contract renewal after 1 year Gastroenterology: 115,000 annual salaries, no quarterly bonus, CME for $1,500+ all credentialing and certifications covered, 2-year contract, a $5,000 retention bonus at 2 years, and 401K starting after 1 year.
