nicksadow92
Hello! I am looking to change employment as I am remarkably inhappy with my current UC location due to poor staffing, organization, and it being nearly an hour drive away. I was offered another position by a nearby UC with better pay, benefits and it is an established organization and not a privately run rural UC i was previously at. My question is regarding my contract. I was copy and Paste the writing as it appears in the contract. I had signed an 18-month contract in Jan '22, but want to leave now giving my 90 days notice. I would like opinions on if there are any ramifications in leaving early. Thank you in advance!!
MediMike
My non-lawyer opinion is section 5b explicitly states you can provide notice of intent to leave at 90 days out. It doesn't even particularly spell out that you MUST give 90 days leave.
