I had a friend deal with this but theirs was sealed to where only people within our undergrad college could see the violation in her file. She is now in counseling grad school. I would say go for it either way honestly! It will probably be something you would touch on in an interview or supplemental application, but I don't think this should prevent you from continuing your education.
